Meet the Team

Gayle Baty

Owner/Manager. With over 20 years experience across all ages, Gayle takes great pride in managing a successful nursery. Gayle has a degree in Early years practice and gained Early Years Professional Status is 2012. Gayle has two young children; Grace and Harry.

Heather Robley

Manager. Heather has been part of the team for over 20 years. She has formed many friendships with all the children she has cared for and finds it a privilege to now care for many of their families. Heather has recently undergone forest school and bush craft training. In Heather's spare time she enjoys spending time with her own family.

 

Debbie Robley

Deputy Manager. Debbie has nearly 25 years experience and began working at Little Badgers Child Care in 2000. Debbie is very passionate about child development and enjoys watching the children develop their own personalities.  Debbie loves to get the children outside as much as possible and can often be found in the village, on a little adventure. In her spare time she enjoys travelling in her camper van with her pet parrot, Bilbo. 

Sarah Brown

Senior Nursery practitioner. Sarah has over 15 years experience. Sarah works mainly with babies. She is very creative and enjoys all aspects of messy, sensory play. 

 

Vicki Teasdale 

Senior Nursery Practitioner. Vicki has over 10 years experience. 

 

 

Tilly Alderslade.

Senior Nursery Practitioner. Tilly has been a qualified Nursery Practitioner now for 5 years and began her career with Little Badgers Child Care as an apprentice in 2018. Tilly is enthused by watching the children learn and develop, making connections within their environment. 

Jodie Wigham

Nursery Practitioner. Jodie has been a qualified Nursery Practitioner now for over 2 years and began her career with Little Badgers Child Care as an apprentice in 2020. Jodie is enthused by helping the children reach their targets and loves to get active. Jodie is often completing a dance workshop with the children. 

Niamh Lewis 

Nursery Practitioner. Niamh has been a qualified Nursery Practitioner now a year and began her career with Little Badgers Child Care as an apprentice in 2024. Niamh recently spent the summer working in Camp America.
