Nursery

Little Badgers Childcare is open Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm with the option of an early bird 7.30 am to 8 am (additional charges apply and subject to staffing). We are open 51 weeks of the year (closed the week between Christmas and new year and closed on all bank holidays).

We offer early education for children between 3 and 4 years old. Subject to availability we can provide 15 hours funded childcare between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. For children who qualify for 30 hours we can stretch your entitlement across the year. We are also included on the approved list of providers to deliver funded places through the 2 year early intervention.

Many employers operate childcare voucher schemes where they offer their employers offset the cost of nursery fees. We are registered to accept childcare vouchers and tax free childcare.

Meals

At Little Badgers we believe that mealtimes should be a happy, social occasion for children and staff alike.

We are committed to offering children healthy, nutritious and balanced meals and snacks which meet individual needs and requirements.

Tapestry  

We use ‘Tapestry’ an online learning journal recording all the learning and fun of children's early years education. Tapestry enhances and simplifies early years learning for teachers, practitioners and parents.
